    Grass-fed Bovine Collagen, Turmeric, Ginger, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Black Pepper  

    Make a golden milk
    Mix 1-2 tsps of golden mylk mix with 8-12 oz warm milk. 
    Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or sweetener of choice

    To prevent clumping:
    Spoon Method: Add a scoop of our Golden Mylk Beverage Blend to to bottom of your cup, and a splash of your favorite milk or milk alternative to create a thin paste then stir in the remaining milk. 

    Frother Method: Add milk to a cup leaving 1-2 inches at the top, insert an electric frother into the cup and slowly add in the mix while frothing.
