My Story

Embarking on a journey that spanned over a decade in the demanding food service industry, I reached a pivotal moment when the title of Chef revealed the toll my high-stress lifestyle was taking on my mind and body. Thriving as an overworked employee in such a fast-paced environment was unsustainable.

My wake-up call came in the form of a traumatic episode of leaky gut, which forced me to confront my coffee-addicted, anxious existence. Realizing the need for change, I took a step back, reevaluated my habits, and made the decision to reduce my caffeine intake.

A warm, milky beverage in the morning was non-negotiable for me, but the market lacked the perfect fit for what I was seeking. As a chef, I delved into the world of experimentation and became obsessed with adaptogens and mushrooms, laying the foundation for what would become Mushroom Mana.

Today, Mushroom Mana offers a range of thoughtfully crafted beverages:

  • Golden Mylk: A soothing digestive aid and cognitive boost.

  • Maca Mocha: Perfect for groggy mornings and workout recovery.

  • Chai Cacao: A round-the-clock mood boost and stress reliever.

  • Moon Mylk: A gentle night cap that eases the mind and body into a state of relaxation.
