  1. Add 2 teaspoons of Mushroom Mana per 8 oz of liquid to your mug

  2. Pour in a bit on hot milk or water and stir to remove clumps

  3. Add in remaining hot liquid and sweeten to taste

  2. Insert electric frother and gradually add 2 teaspoons of Mushroom Mana mix

  3. Froth until no clumps remain, sweeten to taste
